From Student to Master
In 2001, Oleg enrolled at Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, majoring in stage vocals. By 2003, he’d earned his Master of Music degree. And then the real music life began:
- 2006 — 1st Degree Laureate Diploma at the international music festival “Running on the Waves” in Hannover
- 2009 — 1st Prize in the music competition “Unity – Foreign Languages”
- 2011 — Grand Prix at the international music competition “Art Premium,” stage vocals category
- 2012 — Diploma at the international vocal competition “Crystal Voice”
- 2013 — Jury member at the international music festival “Dance Fest 2013”
- 2015 — 1st Prize as best rock vocalist at the “ROCK & POP PREISE” music competition in Germany
But awards are only part of the story. What really matters: over a thousand songs in his repertoire (and that number grows daily), the ability to perform everything from contemporary pop to retro hits with fresh arrangements, from covers of world hits to original material.
